• Our involvement in the project’s program and budget prestimatiion
• Our involvement during design phase helping the consultants finding the best option/solution to the project
• Our involvement during the construction period to guide the contractor/contractors to identify the crucial issues and the milestones to deliver, if possible, a better project in the shortest period
• Our involvement during project’s delivery by the contractor in handing over the project and beginning its intended use
