Lead Consultant

Because of the new requirements of further specialisation on large building projects design, consultants are often focused on a single aspect of the project spectrum. Thus, large teams of consultants are needed. The lead role in such groups (teams of individual consultants/companies) falls with the Architect. Diarchon is prepared, through it’s experience in projects with large & multi-discipline teams of advisors, to provide lead consulting services at design execution. Furthermore, Diarchon can hold sub-consultants contracts, so the Client does not need to deal with all consultants & special consultants.

Furthermore, with our presence on site, working closely with the contractors, we are streamlining the projects from vision to delivery and operation, for the benefit – on time, quality and budget – of our clients.
